Dan Dark

Dan Dark, the iconic voice of the classic Swedish metal band TORCH,

has released his debut album Dark Avenger.

After parting ways with Torch following the release of "Live Fire" in 2022, Dan embarks on a new chapter in his musical journey with this album.

Dark Avenger retains the raw, driving energy that Dan has been known for since the early '80s, while also exploring some new musical territory.

The album features contributions from esteemed musicians and long-time friends Snowy Shaw (KING DIAMOND, MERCYFUL FATE, DREAM EVIL, THERION) and Dave Talon (KINGS OF THE SUN, ROLLERBALL, POOR LITTLE THINGS, THE MARLBORO MEN). Their combined talents bring a dynamic edge to the album, making it a must-listen for fans of hard and heavy music.

Swiss label METALWORLD is excited to release Dark Avenger on Vinyl, with CD and Tape versions in the works.

The album is also available digitally across all platforms.

The album was recorded at The Rock Lab in Bern, Switzerland by Dave Talon, and at Hellhaus Studio in Gothenburg, Sweden by Snowy Shaw. It was produced by Dave Talon and mixed at Studio Fredman in Gothenburg, Sweden by Fredrik Nordström.
